Designed for beginner photographers and for all who like to take the best pictures in their travel experiences, this course join the theory of basic photography that you need to know, with class lessons, with excursions created for practice, each itinerary is adapted to make the most of photographic opportunities. We Plan excursions to take advantage of the best light, arrange special photo shoots, and linger in picturesque spots to capture the essence of the place. Whether you’re passionate in portraits, street photography or landscape photography, you’ll learn techniques from a photographer who is passionate and expert about travel and their trade
In the classroom you will learn the basics required to move off AUTO and get dramatically better photos. To really get creative control over your photos you need some basic photography principles – it’s not ‘rocket science’ but it is Essential. This course will get you into the creative modes of your camera and on the road to amazing photos.
The lectures are held in the morning, while excursions and meetings with local people are generally held in the afternoon.
After completing the course will receive a certificate of attendance and level of the cooperative Arenacea, training institution accredited by the Region Basilicata.
Accommodation and meals
Course participants are housed in typical houses of the old town, interacting with the country and its people, discovering the history, art, culture, environment, food and wine.
Breakfast and lunch are included in the price and are held in the bright dining room or outdoors on the terrace of the roof garden of the convent. In the evening you can dine in the convent for € 15.00 including wine or one of the restaurants in the country.

HOW IT WORKS
This beginners dslr photography course is aimed at total beginners who own a dslr camera and want to unpack some of its amazing potential. Participants will learn how to operate their cameras in manual mode, make correct exposures and understand the basics like aperture, shutter speed and ISO and how to fix mistakes and give an artistic touch with postproduction. Kinds of photography that you will practice: You need a DSLR reflex or a compact camera with ability to set ISO, aperture and shutterspeed in manual mode, may be useful but not necessary to have a tripod and different lenses with you.
