Traditional Cooking Course

This course is aimed to allow you to immerse yourself in the Italian culture and lifestyle and learn to cook authentic Italian recipes in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. This unique cooking vacation in Italy will show you Italian cooking techniques (while sharing some of Nonna’s secrets) to create meals that promise to delight your family and friends.

The lectures are held in the morning, while excursions and meetings with local people are generally held in the afternoon.
After completing the course will receive a certificate of attendance and level of the cooperative Arenacea, training institution accredited by the Region Basilicata.

Typical houses of the old town of Irsina

Course participants are housed in typical houses of the old town, interacting with the country and its people, discovering the history, art, culture, environment, food and wine.

Breakfast and lunch are included in the price and are held in the bright dining room or outdoors on the terrace of the roof garden of the convent. In the evening you can dine in the convent for € 15.00 including wine or one of the restaurants in the country.
